Full Time Superintendent

Location: Albuquerque & Santa Fe, NM
Schedule: Full time, Project-Based

 

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on construction projects across Albuquerque and Santa Fe. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and quality standards—all while collaborating with a highly supportive and experienced team.

  • Ensure projects follow plans, specifications, and safety standards

  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow with the project team

  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to management

  • Maintain organized site documentation and clear communication

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction supervision or project management

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and quality control

  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage project timelines effectively

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Part-Time Accounting Clerk

Location:  Albuquerque, NM
Schedule:  Part-Time/Flexible

We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our construction office with daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Enter invoices, receipts, and financial data into accounting software

  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

  • Support payroll processing and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Assist with general office administration as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting support

  • Curious, eager to learn, self starter

  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
